Solid Energy Caught Spying Again

State-owned coal mining company Solid Energy's continued use of spies is a symptom of the lack of public scrutiny and accountability in security industries, says Save Happy Valley Coalition spokesperson Alan Liefting. I am a news junkie and admittedly if I had cable plus the extra TV I would probably have either CNN or CBC Newsworld on the whole time I’m in my room I jokingly call my office. With political discourse reduced to screaming contests and actual news eclipsed by exclusive and shocking footage of celebrities without makeup, we've become not only impatient with but downright opposed to the kinds of ideas that can't be reduced to a line on a screen crawl or a two-sentence blog entry.
